Cochrane’s SLS Centre welcomed dozens of youth ringette teams this weekend for the annual Ava Esposito Memorial Tournament. Held on Saturday (Oct. 10), the weekend-long event brought teams from all over southern Alberta. Players ranged in age from U10 to U19. The tournament is held every year in memory of Ava Esposito, a youth South Calgary Ringette Association player who passed away in 2014.
