Julien Alfred donates 50 copies of book about her own story to Saint Lucian charity

Julien Alfred donated 50 copies of a children's book about her athletic journey to Diverse Classroom Books on Friday, at her alma mater, Ciceron Primary School. Saint Lucian author A.L. Dawn French wrote "Peanut and the Julien Alfred Visit", which 1st National Bank commissioned. The charity plans to distribute the copies during upcoming school visits across the island. It donates new children's books to schools to strengthen their library collections. Founder Shnell Donacien said the donation was particularly meaningful.
